What do toys have to do with writing?

Most children LOVE to play because it comes naturally to them. That's because play is a biological drive and the primary way children encounter and explore their world.

When it comes to writing, it's different.

Unlike play, writing is a complex set of processes that require a lot of coordination. When you add the pressure and anxiety that arise when children have to write for school and tests, it's no wonder that many children find writing difficult.

That's why we like to write with toys.

By bridging the gap between play and writing with storytelling, we're able to create an accessible environment for children to work on their writing skills, identify and develop their voice and create work from their comfort zone.

And it's a lot of fun!
